Can You Quickly Become Clairvoyant?
Clairvoyance is considered to be a paranormal term that originated in the French language. In the French language the word ‘clair’ means ‘clear’ and ‘voyance’ translates to ‘vision’, so a ‘voyant’ would be known as a visionary. Therefore, ‘clairvoyance’ translates to ‘clear vision’ and a ‘clairvoyant‘ would be known as an individual that is a ‘clear visionary.’ However, the literal translations are neither very helpful nor accurate.
When the word clairvoyant is used to describe a person, it means that this person has exhibited some form of psychic ability. This is a rather broad reading of the word; more specifically, a clairvoyant is someone with the ability to perceive or know things without the use of their five physical senses the terms clairvoyance and ESP are largely interchangeable.
Clairvoyance normally involves a clairvoyant individual knowing about something that is taking place at that time or in a far away location out of the range of any physical sense. There have been plenty of cases documented about a clairvoyant having knowledge of something that occurred in the future or in the past. Many people consider clairvoyance to be a form of precognition or prophecy.
The means by which a clairvoyant learns this information varies, but as a general rule can be broken down into one of six forms or types. It is clairvoyance that is most associated with this first type or form, the remote viewing phenomenon. The clairvoyant, in remote viewing, sees an object, location, event or person hidden from them. Sometimes this is in the form of visual hallucination, other times the clairvoyant viewing something using their minds eye.
The next form of clairvoyance is called clairaudience. With clairaudience, the clairvoyant is able to gain the information about a remote event through sound. They are able to hear noises and voices that others and recording equipment are unable to. In cases where a clairvoyant hears the voices of the dead, this phenomenon crosses the line and enters into the mediumship.
The next kind of clairvoyance is known as clairsentience. With clairsentience the individual is able to gain knowledge of remote events through touch and feeling. There are cases that have taken the form of feeling and actual object that is not really there. In other instances it is more of a feeling or a vibe that is felt from locations, events, and people that are remote.
Clairalience is an extrasensory ability to perceive smells. A clairvoyant will smell the scents of another place (for instance, grass and flowers in a field). These scents cannot be smelled by anyone else and come from no apparent source.
The next type of clairvoyance is clairgustance. With this type of clairvoyance, a person that has an empty mouth is able to distinctly taste different flavors even though there is no evident source. They may also be able to accurately describe the taste different things from a distance.
Claircognizance has no analogue among the physical senses. It is the phenomena of a clairvoyant ‘just knowing’ something with no sensory explanation. Its difficult to explain in any more detail than this.
There are numerous documentations of occurrences of individuals with clairvoyant abilities historically within many cultures worldwide. The instances of clairvoyance have been found in many of the worlds widespread religions.
Clairvoyance, in Buddhism for instances, is considered to permit humans capable to achieve advanced levels of meditation. However, in this case, the clairvoyant feels the vibrations of others.
Clairvoyance in Catholicism, for instance, has been considered miraculous. More than five hundred years ago, a disciple of Saint Francis, Saint Claire, had a vision of the death of Saint Francis despite that Saint Claire was miles away when she had the vision. Saint Claire, interestingly enough, was sainted the ‘patron saint of television.’ Televisions literal meaning is ’seeing over a distance.’
None of these skeptics have yet to prove that clairvoyance does not exist. At the same time, the evidence which supports its existence continues to pile up and the public as a whole is starting to adopt a more accepting attitude towards the possibility of clairvoyance.
No matter what is said by the skeptics, no one can disprove clairvoyance and there are increasing amounts of evidence to show that there are many clairvoyants among us. In general parapsychologists, scientists and the general public are becoming increasingly open-minded and are ready to accept the reality of clairvoyance.
In spite of the fact that we do not really understand how clairvoyance works, is no reason to dispute its existence. It has been suggested that, in the distant past, all humans were clairvoyant. But the ability has been lost. It is though that the ability is still there, and is dormant, but can be natured and developed by anyone who wants to develop these powers.
